14-year-old boy charged with rape and murder of 10-year-old girl

A 14-year-old boy has been accused of murdering a 10-year-old girl.

Based on prosecutors from the US state of Wisconsin, the teenage suspect solely identified by the initials C P-B,  allegedly murdered Iliana ‘Lily’ Peters, 10, and left the house they have been together in with the intent of raping and killing her.

The state of Wisconsin requested a $1million bond for the teenage suspect, who has been arrested and charged with murder and sexual assault in Chippewa County after his first courtroom look on Wednesday, April 27. They are saying the suspect and the victim knew each other but haven’t shared how.

Lily’s body was discovered around 9am Monday morning just blocks from her aunt’s residence close to a path and brewery car parking zone.

The previous night time her father had reported her missing when she didn’t return home from a visit with family.

The suspect is also not allowed to be alone along with his siblings if visits are requested, the judge dominated.

Chippewa Falls Police Chief Matthew Kelm throughout a Tuesday night news convention following the suspect’s arrest stated that there was no current hazard to the community.
