Church founder and herbalist sentenced to jail for 4 years for dealing in human parts in Kwara State

A church founder recognized as Pastor Gabriel Josaya a.k.a Eli-Wakuku and a herbalist recognized as Gabriel Moyosore have bagged a 4-year jail sentence for dealing in human parts.

The prophet and founding father of St. Moses Orimolade Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Ilorin and the herbalist who purchased human skulls from him have been convicted of conspiracy, trespass, and illegal possession of human parts.

It was gathered that Josaya unlawfully gained entry right into a cemetery, where he exhumed human skulls and sold them to various clients at the price of N8,000 per skull.

Moyosere was arrested and reportedly confessed to the crime after a human skull was found in his possession.

The Investigating Police Officer, Peter Ibiyemi advised the court in his evidence that Josaya who started the business in 2009, confessed that he had exhumed over 200 human skulls from the Muslim Cemetery, Osere area of Ilorin, Kwara State.

He carried out his operation mainly in the night time and singlehandedly, and reportedly paid N10,000 to the cemetery security guard for each operation. It was additionally learned that Josaya confessed to having sold each skull for N6,000 to Moyosore.
