Okowa congratulates Gov Ortom at 61

He counseled Ortom for his laudable efforts at creating Benue and for his outstanding contributions to the event of Nigeria as a former minister.

Based on Okowa, Ortom had since assuming office as governor demonstrated immense braveness and dedication to guard the lives and property of Benue folks.
