A landlord has been hailed by his tenant for his kindness and thoughtfulness.
Kenneth Ambet, who lives in Kenya, shared a letter his landlord despatched telling him that he’ll cut back rent for tenants due to the financial hardship.
He added that the same landlord decreased rent for tenants throughout the top of the Covid-19 pandemic and offers each tenant presents on Christmas day.
